This is a chia pudding that i made with this delicious freakin chocolate hazelnut milk…..@pacificfoods

Nutella ain’t got nothing on this goodness. I found it at wholefoods by accident but i did some research and found that you could also purchase this hazelnut milk at target!
I let the chia bathe in this milk overnight so that it would be ready in the morning and I made my own granola bc I’m cheap af 😄
3 Tbs Chia
2 Cups @quaker Oats
5 Tbs @justins Justin’s chocolate spread (optional)
1/4 cup Maple syrup
Mix chia and chocolate hazelnut milk (but you can put any nondairy milk) and let sit overnight.
Mix oats, walnuts, chocolate spread, and maple syrup. Spread on baking sheet bake at 315°F for 20-25 min.
I call this Cherry Bomb – because it’s bomb…duh.
Recipe: 4 frozen bananas. 1/2 C frozen wild cherries (slightly thawed). 1/4 C non-dairy milk. Blend bananas with milk. Then fold in cherries 🍒
– this tastes like a cherry milkshake.
Bananas Foster with layered chia pudding and nice cream!
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 C chia
1 C almond/cashew milk
2 tsp cinnamon (Let it sit overnight in fridge)
1 frozen banana
1 C almond| cashew milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp nut meg
Topping: On a non-stick pan (without oil) add maple syrup and pan fry banana on high heat for about 4-5 min on each side.
Layer nicecream and chia pudding. Top with fried bananas and cinnamon.
(Tip* you know all those ‘ugly’ bananas on sale…buy ’em, slice, and freeze them!) They are perfect for smoothies|nicecream| banana bread.
*Bananas are also a great egg substitute in baking. Substitute 1 mash banana for one egg.
Healthy version of a Wendy’s chocolate frosty!
Fancy frosty fo reals tho 😁✌. However, this is better than the original because you won’t feel like 💩 later lol
1/4 Cup chia bathed overnight in 2 cups cashew|almond milk with #peaprotein
The frosty is; 2 cups frozen bananas #nicecream, 1 tbs cocoa powder, 1 tbs pb2, 1 tbs maple syrup.
I strained the milk from the chia bath and used it in the frosty.
Layer your chia pudding with your frosty and add any fruit you like.
My pretty. Made with fruit layers -bananas, strawberries, and açai. Topped with So Delicious coconut whip cream and a frozen wild cherry.
Blended frozen bananas with about 1/4 C almond milk.
Blended strawberries with 1/4 C almond milk.
& blended açai.
